“ Cubs Q catered our wedding in August and we cannot say enough good things about them! They had us in for a tasting and were very helpful with answering all questions and very reasonable with prices. They handled everything on the wedding day and made everything so easy on a hectic day. We really wanted a food truck at our wedding so they added on their trailer and it made for such a fun experience for our guests! Having the food served right off the truck also expedited the dinner process over a buffet table. All of the food was amazing and all the guests complimented on it! And they don't make the mistake of some other BBQ joints I know... sides MATTER! The baked beans, fried, and Cole slaw are done well. Tonight I met the owners Greg and Linda. They were very nice and personable. They're from Kansas City and I'm from Memphis so we talked barbecue for a bit. Good environment, great people and awesome eats! ”
